Lil’ Bit of History About PX Windows, Doors & More
PX Windows began with a journey — one rooted in resilience, service, and opportunity.
Our founder was born in Poland during the era of communism. At eight years old, his parents made the courageous decision to leave everything behind in pursuit of freedom. After time in a refugee camp in Italy, their family was selected for the United States resettlement program and relocated to Houston, Texas in 1986.
Raised in Houston, he earned his GED through a military academy at 18 and went on to attend San Jacinto College, becoming one of the youngest certified paramedics in the State of Texas. He later served more than 25 years as a paramedic and firefighter in the Dallas–Fort Worth area — dedicating his life to protecting and serving others.
After retiring from public service, that same mission-driven mindset transitioned into construction. As a general contractor, he identified a major gap in the U.S. building industry: quality doors and windows were often overpriced, underperforming, or inefficiently distributed.
During this time, he partnered with a lifelong friend and mentor — a warehouse and logistics expert with more than 25 years of domestic distribution and customer service experience. A leader known for integrity and mentorship within the DFW community, he brought operational discipline and faith-driven leadership to the foundation of the company. Soon after, a third partner joined the mission — a global logistics specialist with 25 years of international supply chain experience. What began as a chance meeting during a solar installation evolved into a shared vision: to build a global network connecting European manufacturing excellence directly to American homeowners and builders.
Beyond his international expertise, he brings wisdom, discipline, structure, and organizational clarity to the foundation of PX. Known for his grounded perspective and principled leadership, he provides steady, reality-based guidance — combining strategic insight with the kind of brotherly loyalty and fatherly logic that strengthens both business and character.
Together, the three partners spent two years building direct manufacturer relationships in Europe. The founder returned to Poland to establish agreements with world-class manufacturers including:
Aluplast
Porta Doors
Saint-Gobain
Plastixal
The result: PX Windows, Doors & More — a direct factory-to-market supply model designed to eliminate unnecessary markups while delivering European-engineered performance to American homeowners and builders.
PX successfully introduced European triple pane tilt & turn windows into one of North America’s largest home improvement retailers — a national chain with over 2,200 stores — validating both the performance of our products and the strength of our global supply network. Since launch, thousands of units have been delivered to homeowners and builders across the United States.
Today, we continue expanding our direct distribution model — ensuring high-performance windows and doors are accessible not only to luxury markets, but to hardworking families, builders, architects, and serious DIY homeowners.
